Ludovic Massamba
President and Business Consultant
Ludovic, President and Business Consultant Executive of Merviss Consulting has defined the organization’s vision since founding the company in 2016. Ludovic believes that consulting companies that really care about generating quantifiable business results for clients and cultivating a rewarding and exciting professional environment will thrive in the competitive consulting market. Ludovic manages the company and formulates long-term strategies that foster expansion.
Over the years, Merviss has maintained a 96% client satisfaction rating under Ludovic’s leadership. He has utilized his expertise and leadership philosophy to individuals and groups of leaders to boost the power of teams, broaden the scope of the company, and amplify positive change. Ludovic values leaders who can create and grow real amplifiers -- those who mix leadership and followership to persuade, lead others, and carry out the mission of the company.
Ludovic is passionate for agile, scrum, and project management, process and product design, sales and business development. Beside that, he is also passionate about human relations and mentorship, modern selling culture and customer satisfaction, as well as safety and environmental issues and a job well done!
As a veteran of Oil & Gas and engineering, manufacturing industries, as well as sales & business development, his exposure to Lean Six Sigma manufacturing keeps him focused on opportunities to improve processes. With his refined skill set, he brings customer-centric mindfulness that enables firms to innovate and thrive. Throughout his career, he has been driven by his intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. He has always been able to quickly uncover customers’ pain points and identify strategic solutions.
Ludovic’s dream is to be recognized one day as an entrepreneurial strategist able to bring new innovative ideas to large and emerging companies alike. As a proven leader and an expert in transformational strategy development, Ludovic serves as an adviser and advocates for non-violence, global life sciences, retail, and consumer products companies.
Mr. Ludovic received his master’s degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and another master’s degree in Chemical Industrial Engineering from Ivanovo State University of Chemical Technology in Russia. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt from Purdue University and a Certified Occupational Health Safety Professional & Trainer and a Certified Safety Management Practitioner. Mr. Ludovic has also finished an extensive education and training as an Agile Scrum and Software Project manager. Beside all of that, He is an Authorized OSHA Trainer and Hazardous Materials Instructor. Mr. Ludovic is proficient in English, French, and Russian and moderate in Spanish.
