This course gives an overview of the most pertinent CAA requirement including the New Source Review process, Title V permitting, Permit by Rule, and requirements for Hazardous Air Permitting. By the end of this course, learners will gain an understanding of what requirements may apply to their facilities and the path to compliance.
Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA)
This 8-hour course is designed to teach participants about EPA annual training requirement for hazardous waste facility personnel and to learn EPA complex RCRA hazardous waste rules to protect personnel, prevent releases, and avoid costly penalties.

Participants will be able to learn the most updated SPCC regulations.
Spill Prevention Release & Reporting
This course is ideal for facility managers that need to develop an SPCC plan for their own facility. It provides an understanding of the federal requirements for Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans. The goal is to help facility managers learn how to prevent devastating oil spills.
It also covers updated SPCC regulations, contingency plans, facility response plan, and reporting requirements.
Indoor Air Quality
The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management Plan is designed to protect the health and safety of building occupants and decrease exposure to indoor air contaminants. All employees are required to follow the procedures outlined in this plan.
8-hour Environmental Hazard Awareness
Environmental Audit
This course is designed to provide knowledge for working with environmental issues, including recognizing environmental problems, selecting relevant audit topics, developing suitable audit criteria and audit methodology, and making meaningful recommendations.
Hazardous Materials Courses
Hazardous Wastes Identification
This course is aimed at training employers and all personnel that handle hazardous waste so they are able to properly recognize and manage hazardous wastes in order to identify situations that could cause releases and react quickly to prevent or stop spills.
Hazardous Wastes Management
The purposes of this course is to train and help facilities to comply and meet federal regulations for hazardous waste management and avoid costly fines.
Hazardous Materials Transportation
This course provides workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle hazardous materials safely, responsibly and in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. This program is also known as DOT HAZMAT Employee Training.
Hazardous Materials Regulations
This course provides each hazmat employee an awareness of security risks associated with hazardous materials transportation and methods designed to enhance transportation security. This training also covers how to recognize and respond to possible security threats.
Hazard Classes
This course will train workers about the 9 hazard classes and their divisions in the Hazardous Materials Table (HMT). It will help them identify hazards and learn briefly how materials in each class are handled, packaged, stored and transported. This course meets the requirements for 49 CFR 172.704(a)(2)(i).
Hazardous Materials Table (HMT)
The purpose of this course is to train workers understand and learn how to use the HMT to ensure proper compliance with the HMR. This program provides employers and workers with the basics for obtaining information required for compliance with function-specific activities.
